Braided nail art

I hope you like these cute braided nails! They are super easy to recreate and so girly and colorful! ♡

Please note that this might be a little bit (very) time consuming as it is recommended that you wait for each stripe to be at least semi-dry :).However the design itself is very easy to (re)create – if I can do it, anybody can do it! And my favorite part about it is that you don’t even need a steady hand in order to be able to pull it off, so you don’t have to worry about messing up or anything! 🙂

I started by applying a purple nail polish on all of my nails – I always say this, if you want to go for different colors that’s totally fine. As I mentioned earlier, I waited until it was fully dry before moving on to the next step.

Using a white nail polish I drew another line, this time starting from the top right corner towards the bottom left corner of my nail and also overlapping it on top of the pink nail polish.

Then I went back to the purple and drew another stripe under the pink one, overlapping it on top of the white. Next take the pink nail polish and draw a line under the white one.

Lastly, I added another white line under the purple one and a purple stripe under the pink. It’s confusing when I write it down, but if you watch the tutorial you will see exactly what I mean :).

Once everything is dry, apply a top coat and you’re done!

Products used:
