Champagne and Blue Cut Crease Tutorial

Hello loves! Last night I felt like playing around with some blue eyeshadows and I came up with this champagne and blue cut crease makeup 🙂 I think that this is really pretty for the upcoming winter and holiday season! I hope you like it too!
Here’s the YouTube video if you would like to see how to get this makeup look:
Or if you do not feel like watching the video, you can just keep reading this post as I am going to try to explain each step 🙂 So, uhmmm. Enjoy!

Okay so first of all I am going to mix a white and golden eyeshadow and apply that all over my lid.

Then I am going to apply a light blue shade in my crease and blend that towards the browbone. It was actually the first time I nailed the cut crease effect so I am not sure how to explain what I did exactly…  I am however applying just a tiny bit of this.
Afterwards I am going to take a slightly darker shade of blue and this is the eyeshadow that I am going to build up to the intensity I want. Keep applying and blending until you are happy with the intensity.
Next I took a brown eyeliner and as always I went for a winged out line. I am not sure why did I not go for black, as always, but you can use a black eyeliner for more drama. On top of the eyeliner I am also going to apply a darker brown eyeshadow, as the liner itself was not pigmented enough on top of that glittery shadows I had on my lid. I did apply a black eyeliner in my tight and water line though.
Then I applied an even darker blue eyeshadow in the very crease of my eye – pretty much outlined the lighter blue from the champagne-ish gold eyeshadow on my lid. Apply the same dark blue eyeshadow on your lower lash line. Don’t forget to keep keep keep blending, so that there are no harsh lines or obvious transitions between the shadows.

The last thing I did was I took a small angled brush and I mixed a little bit of dark brown eyeshadow with a black one and applied that on top of the dark blue I just applied earlier. And blend some more:)
Actually, the last thing I actually did was apply mascara on my top and bottom lashes. I applied some natural looking falsies that I cut in half as well, for more drama. 🙂
Aaaand that’s it!
